Came just a little bit closer this morning. Frantic searches for food this morning by two of them! Young to feed?
Not sure if this is two males posturiing for territory or a a male and female courtship routine? The snow didn't chill them out whichever it was, as they were very active and aggressive all day
Got lucky with the timing of this one, and caught a male siskin fly by!
Do you ever have the feeling you're being watched?
First trip to Fleet Pond today. Looks very promising indeed, will definitely be back

A real surprise to get my first sighting of one of these beautiful birds today, especially as we'd only popped to the farm shop for a look round. Also shows the benefit of pointing th ecamera at random looking white blobs in the distance!!
