A local wooded area with a very oddly out of place name. These woods are close to the residence of a famous local resident, Henry Morton Stanley, famous for his trip to Africa to locate Dr Livingstone. These woods along with several other local features were whimsically named after people and places from his Congo expeditions, by Lady Stanley, and were adopted permanently. On the OS maps decades later the local Hodge Brook still changed it's name as it passed through their land to 'The Congo Stream' ! Awesome.
