Thames Flooding - January 2014
Thames Flooding 2014 - Old Windsor
A very swollen and fast flowing River Thames well up over the path at Old Windsor. Environment agency workers on site suggesting the peak will not be until tomorrow. Lots of sightseers out and about to have a look today

Thames Flooding 2014 - Runnymede
The Thames has well and truly burst it's banks at Runnymede, covering the A380 a and pouring onto the fields on the other side. An impressive site, and although this section looks still and calm, the actual river is 10 times faster than usual at the moment.

Thames Flooding 2014 - Runnymede Pleasure Grounds.
Taken from the top of the RAF Memorial on Cooper's Hill. The river is actually just in front of the line of houses in the centre of the shot. The expanse of flooding in front is actually the Runnymede Pleasure grounds, and right up to the Windsor Road. The road is a major route from Windsor into Staines and the M25 and has been closed for a few days now. As an added bonus, you can also see Heathrow in the background!
